  Do you know this historical figure of Korea?

  He is a famous person in korea. All koreans know about him well. Admiral Yi Sun shin made history. Today, Admiral Yi is considered one of Korea's greatest heroes of all time. The statue of Admiral Yi sun shin stands triumphantly at Gwanghwamun.

  Yi is remembered for his numerous victories fighting the Japanese during the japanese invasions of Korea. Among his twenty-three victories, the Battle of Myeongnyang and the Battle of Hansan island are the most famous battles.

  He made a special ship named a turtleship. Yi intended to ram enemy ships and sink them. Despite smaller numbers, they could severely damage to enemies. This is his great achievement.

Yi was killed by a single bullet in the Battle of Noryang. And while he died, he said "Do not let my death be known"


  Overall, all Koreans admire him because he saved our history and territory. Therefore, I introduced him in post. I guess this essay may be unfamiliar to foreigners. Moreover, some foreigners can't feel interesting from this essay. However, I wanted you to remind this historical figure. That's why I introduce Yi sun shin. As you know, besides, there are many historical figure in Korea that we have to respect. We have lived well in Korea because of them. If we don't remember them, who can remember them for Korea?. Racism in korea

I visited to thailand for traveling at last winter. Fristly, i arrived at Bangkok which is capital city in thailnad. As soon as i arrived, i could feel how much Thailand people like korean and korea culture. When i was walking on the street in bangkok, i could listen korean music especially K-pop, and they really liked that.
so i went to somewhere in bangkok, i'm well treated so much, it was really impressed to me.
When i went to khosamui island which is located in south thailand ,there is no asian exept me and my friend. Almost people is western guys(because there is famous to western people). so contrary in bangkok, i could be treated some what diffrennt. Somtimes they trick to me.
    I think korea is more rich country than thailnad. but western country is more rich than korea. so sometimes people ignor other people who is from poor country compared to thierselves country.
It is similar that sometimes we ignor poor friend instinctively. We know it is bad. But it is instinct problem.
so i think racism also instinct problem.

When it comes to North Korea

 There are different opinions about whether we should aid the North Koreans or not. I strongly support the idea of aiding North Korean that we should not. The reasons for my arguments are that the assistance to the North part of Korea peninsula does not seem to be effective and the support policy came out to be failed.

 Topic play a vital role in assisting to the government of North Korea. We, however, are realizing that the South Korea government’s plans to placate Kim-Jung-Il not to attack South’s territory have failed. To exemplify what I mean, Cheonan warship’s sinking can be symbolized example. In this regard, the conciliation to the North does not seem to work anymore because the interaction between both South and North have frozen after the Lee-Mung-Bak’s regime got under sale.

  Furthermore, since the new government in South, The Republic of Korea, was formed and the president of South Korea, Lee-Mung-Bak, was a conservative character from a conservative party who changed all the policies from the prior power. In this context, it might have been a great shock to the North Authority because the supporting from the South decrease rapidly than it was usual in the past. Hence, Kim-Jung-Il needed a compelling way to earn more foodstuffs from the South Korea,
  To conclude, The North committed an unforgivable crime to the South Korea citizens. These are a betrayal of our help and goodwill. So, we must show them to pay a harsh cost to never trespass our domain again. Also, the buttress to the North must be, once more, considered.

The design of Seoul

 Design is one of the most important factors of city’s competition.

 There are a lot of beautiful city of the world’s famous cities. For example, there are Paris, Sidney, Shanghai, Hong cong, New York, Tokyo and so on. Therefore, we have to try to improve competition of city through city’s design.
  First of all, I think Seoul design exhibition is good chance to inform us to other county. This aim is to promote the outstanding design of Seoul. The selected exhibits represent Seoul’s history of 600 years and identity and highlight the significance of design.
  Second, citizen’s consciousness is very important about design of Seoul. We have to have a lot of interests with regard to design. Government will lead to policy of design however if we don’t have interests about this, this policy doesn’t last for a long time. That’s why consciousness is important.
Third, I think we have to reject conformity and value diversity. The conformity might feel us simple and regular beautiful. But we will become very pale soon. Therefore, we have to focus on valuing diversity in order to improve design’s quality. That’s what we are pursuing.
 Finally, we are trying to make progress toward their goal. Seoul is our capital and our boasting. Moreover, Seoul is Korea’s face. The design of Seoul will be our competition. I am sure.

Student’s suicides at KAIST

KAIST is one of the best univericity in Asia. 

These days, KAIST has become the talk of the town because several students committed suicide. It greatly impacted the society. The reason why these events happened is because of endless competition. It is very serious problem. To be honest, I think it is necessary to compete with other students. As you know, our country doesn’t have material things such as gold, oil, mineral. We have developed based on technology. It is our competitiveness. Therefore, competition is important for us to succeed. We have to overcome endless competition. But several students couldn’t these situations so they extremely selected. President Seo of KAIST told us we should know how to lose gracefully. If we lose this time, we will win next time. This is life. Absolutely, KAIST officials have to edit inefficiency and extreme rules. Too much is as bad as too little. We must not give students burden beyond capacity. Based on competition, we have to study hard. I believe it will be our weapon. Lately, Barack Obama used to praise about Korea’s education passion. They are emulating our passion for our study. I think we are going right way for us.

 Finally, this event is very pity. However, it can’t be helped. Upon this opportunity, I hope we go to better way. It is our pleasure. It is our goal. Thank you.

What do you think about global warming?

Recently, global warming has become the talk of the town. I also understand the seriousness of global warming. Some experts say global warming is caused by the greenhouse effet. As you know, a “greenhouse gas” is a gas that is associated with global warming. For this reason, we have to reduce a greenhouse gas. Most of all, we have to decrease CO2. These days, we drive to commute to workplace for our convenience. However, we should use public transportantion to reduce CO2 instead of our own car. This is for us and the world. The reason global warming is scary is because of climate changes. It brings a huge typoon and drought and heavy snow. We can’t predict it in advance. That’s why we have to be more careful about global warming. Another way to reduce CO2 is to develop natural energy such as wind and sunlight. I think it is the best way to reduce fossil fuels.

In conclusion, global warming is rapidly coming up. In this situation, what should we do? We need to consider this problem seriously all together.

These days, we can see a lot of LED advertisement on the street. Moreover, the strret is ablaze with neon sighns. Even there are too many neon sign on the highway. Some people say it looks so bad because too many neon sign cause a lot of problems. For example, several people feel eyesore. For this reason, excessive advertisement on the street are not good. I have seen this words. “Overdone is worse than undone.”

 On the other hands, there are positive points about advertisement. First of all, advertisement is something like money. Many people are using advertisements as a marketing. As you know, ads is necessary to inform any products.

 In conclusion, a government about ads have to make a good policy in terms of win-win with producters. What do you thinkg about my idea?

Comparing with my parents

Comparing with my parents

It is obvious that my parents are diligent than me. 
Now i'm a student. so i have a less sense of responsibility than parents (they have to earn money for me,,so have to wake up early, be diligent)
Also generally, it is differnet between our generation and parents generation.
Even if i get a job, i'm not sure that i can be diligent as my parents. Becuase i'm born in kind of rich country, i can get much money easily. so, i don't need to be diligent. 
So far, it doesn't make me spoiled. but if this state is last, someday it make me spoiled.
I think that we have to be more diligent as our parents.

There are lots of trouble with power strip generally used. First of all, it possibly causes a tragic accident, because of the reason to be touched with ease, especially by children. The second, there can be waste of electric energy when it is pluged in with lots of electric goods.

To make up for these trouble, power strip with switch was invented. However, To use it, you have to set it on every each time. The appearance of it is also plain.

So, My idea for power strip to make better, is to design an electric cord of power strip to be shifted up and down. then you can use it with shift up, and use it not with shift down.

You will see all the trouble disappear with this way.

Recently, many korean products are being copied by chinese. We can not distinguish pirated goods from original goods with the unaided eye. This problem is increasingly getting serious. Pirated goods is rapidly increasing in China. From now on, we must not overlook this situation. If we continue to overlook such a pirated goods, serious problems will break out in the near futre. According to any expert, “U.S. customs official report that by far the majority of pirated goods entering the United States come from China.” I thought What the best way to get rid of pirated goods is. In my opinion, most of all, we have to realize this dangerous situation. Unlike everyone’s thinking, it is a very serious problem. If we continue to ignore this reality, I am not sure our bright future. Moreover, we have to discuss this problem with China government’s top officers. This is only way to resolve this situation.

In conclusion, It depends on how we do.
